Inclement Weather Policy- In the event of iinclement weather, please following OPM’s guidance at www.Opm.gov.
The Real ID Act, passed in 2005, sets standards for the issuance of state driver licenses and became effective October 10th,2015 . Most states are in full compliance with the exception of Louisiana, New Hampshire, Minnesota, New York, and Samoa. If you have visitors coming to HQ from any of these locations, they must bring an alternate form of ID, such as a passport, military ID, PIV, or Veterans Health ID. If they only have the state ID, our guards will collect it upon entering the building and return it upon exit, and the visitor will require an escort from someone in the program office they are visiting for the duration of the visit. To learn more about Real ID and a list of acceptable forms of identification, visit http://www.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/publications/isc-real-id-guide-august-2015-508_0.pdf.
