HR Strategy Seminar for Startups and Small Businesses

March 21 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Has your smaller organization been “winging it” when it comes to Human Resources? Without a Human Resources foundation, your growth and productivity may be slowed as you encounter unexpected issues. Whether it is life throwing something unpredictable at the people in your workforce, or an unforeseen issue of job performance, human resource issues can become complex and time consuming without a solid foundation.

Join TriBridge Partners and HR Strategy Group for our Human Resource (HR) Strategy seminar, catered for startups and small businesses. During this 90-minute program, we’ll explore:

  • The components of a comprehensive benefits package based on level of company growth (typical insurance plans, complimentary benefits, implementation, and costs)
  • New Hire Reporting and Worker’s Compensation (payroll, exempt and non-exempt employee designations, employee or independent contractor definitions, use of Comp Time or Overtime)
  • The Three Foundations of Human Resources (employment handbooks, positions descriptions, and performance appraisals)
